Kelly Hickey
After a decade working in higher education as both a coach and educator, she started in 2021 as Athletic Director at Mercy High School. Her experience at the collegiate level shaped her leadership philosophy, one centered on student development, competitive excellence, and the power of athletics to build confidence and character.
